Educated in visual communication in Munich, Germany, Justus Oehler began his design career in 1985 at Büro Rolf Müller. In 1988 he attended the Central School of Art and Design in London and graduated with a Master's Degree in graphic design. In 1989 he joined Pentagram and in 1995 was invited to become a partner in the firm.

Projects have included work for clients such as the National Grid Company, Smith & Nephew, the National Portrait Gallery, Citibank and Deutsche Telekom. He has designed and developed logos and brand identities for the German Museum für Kommunikation, the Deutsche Kinemathek, the World Economic Forum, Italian Fashion House Trussardi, the autonomous region of Sardegna, Tiscali, the Premier Automotive Group, Vivantes and for the Star Alliance.

In 2003, he opened the Pentagram office in Berlin, Germany.

    Educated in visual communication in Munich, Germany, Justus Oehler began his design career in 1985 at Büro Rolf Müller.
