Bruno is an experienced type designer and chairman of Dalton Maag Ltd, a studio for typeface design and font development in Brixton, South London. During his career Bruno has designed and directed custom type projects with clients such as BMW, TUI, Sparkasse, Nokia (Pure), Intel, HP, Amazon, Facebook, BBC and many more. Although, Bruno and Dalton Maag often work with international companies, we have also created typefaces as part of smaller projects, notably Rio2016, luxury hotel chain FAENA,

Today, in his capacity as chairman, Bruno presents at congresses and in universities on the history, design and science of type and typography. In recent years, Bruno has spent a lot of his time investigating the neuroscience of reading with partner and neuroscientist Dr Alessia Nicotra, and the accumulated knowledge has had a profound impact on the design practice.

In his spare time, Bruno likes cooking and enjoys a fine wine.

    A typographic 3-D installation first featured at the Walking Chair Gallery, Vienna, consisting of A6 transparent streamers hanging in the atrium of the museum.
