Liu graduated from Taipei National University of Arts (BA Fine Arts) in 2008 and Central Saint Martins College (MA Fine Arts) in 2010. Her career as a graphic designer began shortly after winning the Golden Melody Award for Best Album Design in 2011.

Her background in fine arts led Liu to develop her visual identity in graphic design by experimenting with artistic touches, such as making drawings and collages into expressive formations and prints. Throughout her self-taught career in graphic design, Liu specializes in music packaging, books, magazines, exhibition identity and performance art events’ visual design in Taiwan with her unrefined and uninhibited aesthetics.
