Ruohan Wang is an illustrator and artist based in Berlin, Germany. Upon graduation from the Berlin University of the Arts (UdK) in 2017 she founded her studio where she works on art prints, public art, installations and fashion design.

Her solo and group exhibitions include Berlin, New York, Antwerp, Beijing, Shanghai, etc. She has created visual projects for public institutions internationally, including the Goethe Institute, Humboldt University, Bauhaus University, the German Ministry of Labour. Collaborations with global brands include: LEGO, Meta, Nike, The New York Times and The New Yorker.

In her practice she chooses to focus on experimental illustration, installations and improvisational aesthetics with the theme of “movement and coexistence”. Her work comes from the ingenious interweaving of contrasting and pure colors. The practice in a multicultural background has established the individuality of the surreal world in her works. Since 2021 she is a visiting professor at Hochschule Düsseldorf.

    Ruohan Wang is an illustrator and artist based in Berlin, Germany. Upon graduation from the Berlin University of the Arts (UdK) in 2017 she founded her studio where she works on art prints, public art, installations and fashion design.
