Marc Schütz was born in 1977 in Frankfurt, Germany. He studied at the University of Art and Design in Offenbach. In 2007, he co-founded the design studio Schultzschultz. Throughout his career, he has served as a type design instructor at HfG Offenbach and HfG Karlsruhe, and as a typography professor at Bauhaus University and HfG Offenbach. Additionally, he has held the position of director at the Klingspor Institute for Type Design.
Marc still lives and works in Frankfurt.
