Mister Walker works in both the corporate and private sector for many of South Africa’s best known brands - on both large and small projects across a wide range of disciplines.

Walker's personal interest as a designer seeks to explore the question: “what makes me African – and what does that look like?”

Since 1995 Walker has self-published his 'African' experimental graphics magazine ijusi (translated as "juice" in Zulu), to world-wide acclaim. Issue 34 The Virus Issue was published in 2020. Issue 35 is a work-in-progress
