David Ruiz is a creative director, art director and graphic designer. From 1985 to 1993, he worked at the advertising agencies Saatchi & Saatchi, Publicis, GGK and Bassat, Ogilvy & Mather as an art director and creative director. In 1992, based out of this last agency, he created and directed the television show Jeans, News & Rock & Roll, sponsored by Levi’s. He is the winner of over eighty national and international awards, including the first grand prix for graphic design ever won by Spain at the Clio Festival, held in San Francisco, for a Levi’s 501 campaign. His work has been published in a variety of books and national and international magazines. He has been a member of the jury for the Laus, Eurobest, New York Festival, Art Directors Club of New York and Art Directors Club of Europe awards.
