Arch MacDonnell is a founding partner and creative director of Inhouse, a boutique Auckland graphic design studio established in 1995. The studio’s work spans both the corporate and arts sectors, with a particular focus on long-form publishing and projects that reflect and contribute to the culture of Aotearoa / New Zealand. 

Arch has collaborated with leading contemporary artists, curators, dealer galleries, architects and institutions. And some of New Zealand’s largest companies, Meridian Energy and NZ Post. He has produced Auckland Art Gallery books and catalogues for over twenty years, one of many long-standing client relationships. His work is as diverse as it is consistent — at its core is the same attention to detail, craftsmanship and a sense of place.

Arch is a Fellow of the Designers Institute of New Zealand and has been a board member of the Institute representing the graphics sector.
