Read full biographySebastian White studied Textile Design at Central Saint Martins College, London, and later graduated with an MA from the Royal College of Art, London, in 2009. He founded Kellenberger–White with Eva Kellenberger in 2009.
The studio is known for its innovative use of typography and context-responsive design schemes rooted in human touch. Their clients include many of the most dynamic and progressive international cultural organisations alongside leading contemporary artists and architects, and new businesses.
Notable commissions include: graphic identities for Goldsmiths Centre for Contemporary Art and Tillingham wines; exhibition design for the V&A and the Nasjonalmuseet, Oslo; wayfinding for London School of Economics; and publications for MIT Press and Tate.
Kellenberger–White's work is held in public collections across Europe, and been exhibited in The Design Museum, London, and Middlesbrough Institute of Modern Art (MIMA). The studio has garnered awards including the Swiss Federal Office of Culture’s Most Beautiful Swiss Books and the Tokyo Type Directors Club.
