Read full biographyThe work corpus of Etienne Robial is probably one of the best known of all living French graphic designers to a large number of the French population. He began his career end of the sixties and touched already at that time with his record covers for Barclay hundreds of thousands music lovers.
Big lover of comic books he started to have his own library Futurpolis that was the first French library entirely dedicated to comic books. Shortly after he became editor, designing his collection under the label Futurpolis with exceptional attention and care, rarely seen before for that type of book.
After the music business and to be an editor, the television opens for him an even larger public. He started as art director for the emission "les enfants du rock" (the children of rock) to become consecutively with his newly founded studio on/off the main actor for the creation of visual identities for the booming television industry. His modular work for canal+ has become a classic. Etienne Robial has forged a big part of the French visual environment of the last 50 years.
