Coexistence : Tallit and Keffieh

Two similar shals, carrying two different ideologies are originated from the same region in Middle east. Friends before, those two religious entities have been torn down by the deformation of the historical filter of politics and are now in extreme difficulty to reconstruct a normal relationship. However inside of those two religions just like the same textile thread leans the essence of peace and reconstruction. Even their greeting sounds almost the same. Shalom Aleikhem and Salaam-Alaikum.

    Multi-task visual communicator with nomadic aspirations.
    Visual designer ( graphic artist, teacher, visualizer ). After his education at the Basel School of Design where he studied under some great names of Swiss typography, JBL opened his own studio in Basel in 1989 called Studio A N D. For the next twenty years his studio created graphic design for various local, regional and national companies and organizations in Switzerland. Since 2006 he lives in San Francisco.
    JBL shares his knowledge through educational activities such as exhibitions, workshops and courses in the US, Europe and Asia on topics such as Street advertising, typography and visual design.
