T.I.N.Y. - The Interactive New York

Garson Yu

To kick-off the transformation of New York's Pier 57 into a hub for art and culture on the West Side, T.I.N.Y. is an interactive installation using projection mapping and immersive sound design. Participants are empowered to affect the projected imagery with the sound of their voice: by making different sounds, the footage could be sped up or reversed, and at certain points even distorted and altered. T.I.N.Y. was an installation that encouraged participation, imagination, and connection.
