A Canadian and U.S. citizen, he is a graphic designer, consultant, educator, painter and former President /Creative Director of Kramer Design Associates Ltd, an internationally recognized / awarded multidisciplinary design group which he founded in 1967. His identity projects include The Canadian Broadcasting Corporation, CIBC, Teknion Furniture, Metro Toronto, National Resource Council, St. Lawrence Centre for the Arts, Royal Ontario Museum, Copps Coliseum and Onex Packaging. Kramer was educated at Yale University, The Institute of Design, Chicago, The Royal College of Art, London and State University of New York. He was Professor of advanced corporate identity design at OCAD for 21 years, has lectured, published, taught, exhibited internationally, and traveled extensively in Europe, the Far and Middle East. He is recipient of The Order of Ontario, The Order of Canada, D.Des.(Hon), The Queen's Diamond Jubilee Medal, and member of AGI, RCA, RGD and FGDC.
