Wout De Vringer

From its home base in The Hague the NDT makes contemporary dance which every year tens of thousands of people from all over the world come to enjoy. The company consisted of three groups: NDT 1, NDT 2 and NDT 3, together good for 160 performances a year at home and abroad. Thanks to Nederlands Dans Theater’s quality, the dance company has been one of the most important figureheads of Dutch art abroad for years.

    For over thirty years Wout de Vringer has been designing for corporate and cultural clients in The Netherlands and occasionally abroad, creating posters, invitations, brochures and an occasional exhibition. The last couple of years he specializes in the design of art and photography books.
    De Vringer has taught graphic design at academies in Den Bosch and Rotterdam (The Netherlands) and giving workshops and lectures around the world. His work is represented in many solo- and group exhibitions internationally. His work can be found in the permanent collections of Museum für Gestaltung Zürich (Switzerland), Museum für Kunst und Gewerbe Hamburg (Germany), in the Bibliothèque Nationale de France Paris (France) and in the MoMA New York (USA) and is published in over eighty international graphic design books and magazines.
