    Jianping Fang, China (2018)

    Fang Jianping is the co-founder and creative director of United Design Lab (UDL), which he established in Beijing, China in 2012 with Fan Ding. UDL is a multidisciplinary and multi-field partnership design firm. Fang Jianping creates visual identities that combine classic and future for various sectors, including technology, consumer field, finance, arts and culture. His works are concise, clear, and contemporary.

    His work has won numerous international design awards, including those from the Tokyo TDC, the Graphic Design in China (GDC), "The Most Beautiful Book in China”, and the Hong Kong Designers Association Global Design Competition among others. He has actively served as a judge for internationally renowned design competitions such as Young Guns and the Macau Design Award. Fang Jianping has also taught at the Central Academy of Arts and Tsinghua University, contributing his expertise to the design industry.
