Kid's weapons

Even if we don't like them, don't want them, or don't buy them, weapon are among us. They enter in our private life trough many uncontrolled ways. They come naturally in the hands of our children trough toys and stories. Their presence is exiting, brings fear or respect, and illusion of safety. This posters is created by looking and collecting all the weapons in the toy box of my seven years old boy. Created for Erik Brandt to post on his wall, in his neighborhood of South Minneapolis.

    Multi-task visual communicator with nomadic aspirations.
    Visual designer ( graphic artist, teacher, visualizer ). After his education at the Basel School of Design where he studied under some great names of Swiss typography, JBL opened his own studio in Basel in 1989 called Studio A N D. For the next twenty years his studio created graphic design for various local, regional and national companies and organizations in Switzerland. Since 2006 he lives in San Francisco.
    JBL shares his knowledge through educational activities such as exhibitions, workshops and courses in the US, Europe and Asia on topics such as Street advertising, typography and visual design.
