Mehdi Saeedi is a graphic designer based in Philadelphia who was born and raised in Tehran.
The design vision of Saeedi is influenced by his focus on contemplation of Eastern aesthetics, heritage, and tradition.
He uses his experience in graphic design, Persian calligraphy, type, and typography to transform Farsi letters into different forms and shapes, rendering unique conceptions in graphic design.
Saeedi's works have been exhibited in numerous well-known exhibitions, Biennials, and Triennials around the world.
A member of several national and international juries, he has won numerous awards in international graphic design competitions.
He is currently a Part-time faculty of graphic design at Towson University in Maryland USA, and he is an AGI member (Alliance Graphique Internationale ).
