Desperate Housewives - Show Open

Garson Yu

This Emmy-nominated show open offers a wickedly funny take on the history of female angst. Iconic imagery is used to convey the anguish of the feminine mind, displaying how women from Eve to the present have chafed under their marital status. Familiar historical artwork and icons are employed, and humorously violated, to evoke the show's quirky spirit and playful flaunting of women's traditional role in society.
