Read full biographyAn unwavering designer, Paolo Tassinari has linked the name of the studio he founded with Pierpaolo Vetta to visual communication for culture and institutions. Art director of Casabella international architectural magazine over 20+ years, he worked for the Italian Ministry of Culture, the Venice Biennale, Palazzo Grassi–Punta della Dogana, the Centre Pompidou, the Milan Triennale, the Holy See. He was awarded the Compasso d’Oro prize in 2011, and a special mention in 2001.
Currently teaching at the International School for Advanced Studies in Trieste, Italy, in past years he participated in the development of museum projects and held public roles in the cultural sector.
Past president of AGI Italy, he conceived the exhibition Italy and Alliance Graphique Internationale. 25 Graphic Designers of the 20th Century at the AGI Congress Trieste 2022.
