Barcelona Design Museum

Astrid Stavro

Double identity for the Barcelona Design Museum and Design Hub Barcelona. The defining element is a system based on a simple connecting line inspired by the building's geographic location — a square at the junction of three of the city's most important thoroughfares. The visual simplicity of the line is enhanced by the bold typographic use of Grafik. Rather than the personality being given by the logo, it's given by the system, making it instantly recognizable.
