Ib Andersen was one of the first Danes to be invited to join AGI together with Aage Sikker Hansen, Arne Ungermann and Ebbe Sadolin. They all had in common their work for the Sunday edition of the political newspaper Politiken. Later he became a poster designer. His style was often Art Deco or Cubist. Nowadays some of his posters have been reprinted and are available in Denmark and abroad in poster galleries and auctions. Unfortunately, very little is known about him.
